ALL FESTIVAL SEATING PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

$22.00 - Show Ticket to any performance

(1 Ticket Good for your choice of 1 performance of the season. No exchanges.)

$125.00 - Season Ticket - All 5 shows 

(1 Ticket for each of 8 unique productions. Includes exchanges privileges with some limitations.) 

Your Season Ticket entitles you to one (1) ticket to each of the productions at the Redlands Theatre Festival. Choose one date per production by filling out and mailing the attached order form or by contacting the Box Office by phone. All your tickets will be available to pick up at Will-Call on the first night of your selected performances. (Of course, your tickets must be picked up from the Box Office before entering the seating area.) Ticket exchanges for a different date of the same show are allowed with Season Ticket purchase. Simply notify the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled performance. Seating for exchanges is based on availability.

(Each pass is good for one individual and is non-transferrable.)

The Unlimited Season Pass is perfect for families and individuals who value spontaneity. Not sure when you'll want to attend? Don't like to feel tied down? Want to see every performance of your favorite show? Enjoy the flexibility of our Unlimited Season Pass. With this pass all you have to do is show up! We hold an open order for you at the Box Office. Just stop by the ticket booth on your way in at 8pm, show picture ID and pick out your seat. Great for a gift or for yourself! The Season runs June - August, as shown above. The Unlimited Season Pass is non-transferable and valid for any night of the Season, space permitting. Please contact the Box Office with the name you would like to appear on each pass purchased

 

The RTF box office is located in Redlands’ beautiful Prospect Park, just outside the RTF amphitheater.

Performance Times:  

Evenings at 8:30 p.m. The box office opens at 6:30 p.m. each night of a show.  All reserved, but unpaid tickets are released at 8:00 p.m.  For maximum choice of performance dates, order early.  The RTF Festival is open air.  Because of the beautiful summer evenings, our regular patrons stay comfortable by dressing casually.

Seating Facilities | ADA:

Arrangements for wheelchairs and other seating should be made in advance.

​

Exchanges:

For Season Ticket Holders Only. Tickets can only be exchanged for the same show and only when the Box Office receives the original tickets back no later than 36 hours before the originally scheduled performance.

Refunds:  

All sales are final. The Festival is unable to make refunds on tickets returned. You may, however, wish to return unused tickets to the Festival and claim their value on your income tax return as a donation to a not-for-profit organization.

​

Lost Tickets: 

The Festival is unable to replace lost or stolen tickets.  For a small fee, (no fee for Season Ticket Holders) we can seat you in or near your original seat assignment. The original hard ticket will always be given priority seating.

​

If It Rains: 

Keep your ticket stub.  If it rains between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. during a performance, refunds will be made at that time only to the patrons who do not wish to stay.  No refunds after 9:30 p.m.  The play will usually continue as scheduled.

​

Discounts:

Discounts are available to groups of 20 + by special arrangement.

​

Children at the Theatre:

Children under 5 years old are not admitted to shows.

Everyone who attends, including children, must have their own ticket for the show.

​

Subject Matter: 

If you have questions about subject matter, you should inquire at the Box Office.

​

Brown-Baggers:

The Festival encourages the use of the park and invites you to picnic on the lawn prior to curtain time.
